Job Description:

Red Letter is the hospitality leader in the Erie area and we are seeking passionate and energetic staff to share our vision and mission.

Are you a professionally minded hospitality employee, or are you interested in hospitality work?

The Cork 1794, owned and managed by Red Letter Hospitality, is hiring hourly positions for the back of house. Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.

As a line cook you'll be able to work with the best in current kitchen equipment and learn from an experienced, expert level chef.

Our paid training and detailed onboarding will have you set up for success in no time.
