YOUR SIGNIFICANT ROLE:

Your working hours will be full-time, from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Early training sessions will also be part of the deal.

As a Sales & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. From warmly welcoming customers to assisting with tire sales and services, you'll represent our company. Handling product sales, generating and updating work orders, invoicing, answering phones, and organizing appointments will all be in a day’s work for you. Your commitment to delivering top-tier customer service will be evident as you transport customers and their vehicles in our company shuttle van. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Basic understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Physical capability to walk, stand, and bend continuously during shifts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn
• Impressive typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Attentive nature with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Possession of a valid driver's license
