    Description
    Responsibilities
    • Develop visually appealing and informative content for materials such as presentations, digital communications, and printed materials ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that reflects the company's brand, vision, and culture.
    • Support the marketing team in the development of compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audiences.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of multimedia projects for industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to effectively communicate our company's expertise.
    • Collaborate with the internal communications team to create multimedia training materials and resources that effectively educate employees about the company's best practices, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Assist in the management and organization of multimedia assets, including video footage, images, and graphics, ensuring they are easily accessible and readily available for use in various internal and external communication materials.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content across different channels, providing valuable insights that can be used to refine future multimedia strategies and enhance engagement with our target audience.
    • Stay updated on the latest multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of our content within the industry.
    Skills
    • Proficiency in multimedia editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and a basic understanding of video editing and animation principles.
    • Familiarity with ADA compliance for public facing materials
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and creative multimedia content that effectively communicates complex concepts and ideas.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse team members.
    • Self-directed, process-oriented, flexible, and curious.
    • Interest in the current applications of AI for enhancing marketing and communications materials.
    Qualifications
    • Current enrollment or recent graduate from a relevant trade program, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree program, such as Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing and Advertising or a related field.
    • A portfolio showcasing proficiency in multimedia content creation, including graphic design, video production, animation, and/or other relevant multimedia format.
