Become a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner with Agape Care Group
Are you committed to providing quality, compassionate care? As a hospice and palliative care nurse practitioner at Agape Care, you'll provide patients with diagnosis, treatment, and care under the supervision of a physician.
In this role, you'll focus on providing palliative care. Most importantly, you'll assist families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.And just like all of our team members, our nurse practitioners have access to Agape Care's supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement.

Graduate of an accredited masters, post masters, or doctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a Nurse Practitioner.
Experience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice and/or Palliative background preferred.
