- Lead the assessment of clinical protocols and other client-supplied study specifications, collaborating with Business Development (BD) to design comprehensive clinical supply solutions tailored to trial requirements.
- Provide data and technical input to BD to assist in the development of proposals.
- Oversee coordination and communication of all relevant activities, internally and externally, to ensure projects are initiated according to client requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate provision of data and information to clients, including billing and reports.
- Ensure timely readiness of documents and materials for project launches, collaborating closely with the Operations and Quality teams.
- Organize or participate in client meetings as necessary, such as business reviews.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and upgrades of services, processes, and facilities to support sustainable business activities.
- Oversee overall operations and performance at the site, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize operational efficiency.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and quality standards across all site activities.
- Drive initiatives to improve site processes, infrastructure, and capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between site staff and corporate leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the site.
- Provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical projects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and professional development.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting skill development and career progression.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- 7+ years of experience managing clinical trial projects, with a strong understanding of secondary packaging, storage, and distribution of clinical trial supplies.
- Demonstrated experience in client management and leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals, science, or supply chain management preferred.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Practical understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
- Experience in clinical packaging is essential

Job Overview:
The Director of Project Management / Site Head role at Taikun entails overseeing and ensuring the proactive delivery of excellent client services across all stages of clinical projects.
