- ASN or Nursing Diploma
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Med./Surg. Telemetry and/or ER nursing experience
- Certifications and/or national nursing certifications
- BLS through American Heart Association upon hire
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of start date
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License or active Compact Registered Nurse License with New Jersey endorsement
- Evening Shift, 40 hours per week, 3p-11:30p
- Monday – Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation
- The Registered Nurse provides high-quality care under defined practice parameters
- Ensures safety, stays abreast of evidence-based practices, and reports safety issues
- Supervises tasks delegation and collaborates with the care team for optimal patient care
- Manages priorities and individualizes patient care plans using the nursing process
