- Greeting members and customers, understanding their needs, and delivering top-notch service;
- Achieving sales and service targets while offering multiple AAA products and services;
- Assisting with TripTiks travel routings, maps, tour books, and other travel-related assistance;
- Handling hotel and car rental bookings, as well as providing travel information;
- Providing passport photos;
- Processing payments, giving accurate change and receipts, and managing cash transactions;
- Performing assigned job-related tasks as directed by management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales role;
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales and service quality objectives;
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays;
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to travel locally when required;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments and background checks.
