Position Summary:
The RN Clinical Coordinator of Surgery assists the Director in the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit and assumes responsibility for the unit in the Director's absence.
The RN Clinical Coordinator assures the delivery and continuity of patient care serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
