Structures Mechanic (Experienced)
Aircraft Services Team

This position is part of the Aircraft Customization team, responsible for ensuring best-in-class service to our customers. As a Structures Mechanic, you will perform a variety of tasks such as aircraft installations, inspections, fabrication, and modification, all in accordance with applicable data and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform disassembly and reassembly of aircraft, scheduled inspections, and Alert Service Bulletins.
• Perform major and minor repairs and alterations to the aircraft structure, including sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications.
• Fabricate mounting brackets, and measure, drill, and modify aircraft structures without causing damage to structure or underlying components.
• Document all work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform job duties, including basic measuring, drilling, and fabrication tasks.
• Ability to work from detailed documents, technical manuals, and blueprints.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years' experience as an aircraft mechanic, or equivalent.
• MUST include structures experience.
• Additional skills and experience related to job duties may qualify selected candidate for offer at a higher level/pay grade.
• FAA Airframe Certificate required. Powerplant is a plus and will qualify selected candidate for offer at a higher level/pay grade.
• Maintenance experience on Bell commercial models, and/or Bell field maintenance courses preferred.
• Knowledge of tooling required to complete tasks.
• MUST provide own tools.
