Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position located in the North Shore Area. Client is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join their dynamic team of customer support professionals.

Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide knowledgeable responses to customer requests and questions.
Request shipping quotes
Coordinate and prepare customer orders to delivery
Perform database entry.
Participate in special projects as needed.


Skills and Abilities Desired:
Candidate must have high energy, and be able to handle multi-task projects.

Excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and master new applications. 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
