    Touchstone Communities- San Antonio, TX

    HRIS Specialist

    Work Schedule is hybrid Monday-Friday. Must reside near the San Antonio, TX area.

    Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system.


    Responsibilities:

    System Administration:
    Administer and maintain the HRIS database.

    Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

    Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs.

    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.


    Data Management:
    Collect, input, and update employee information.

    Generate reports and analyze HR metrics using HRIS tools.

    Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).


    Training and Support:
    Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality.

    Offer technical support and assistance to users.

    Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.


    Integration and Upgrades:
    Collaborate with Paycor to integrate HRIS with other systems


    Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.

    Recommend changes to HRIS workflows to streamline operations.


    Compliance:
    Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting HR data management.

    Ensure HRIS compliance with industry standards and best practices.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience working with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Paycor, Paycom, etc.)

    Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

    Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
