    Maintenance Technician1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM with some required weekend O/T

    &Mechanical ability:

    &Maintain, repair and service all press and equipment on site.&Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.&Replace mechanical components as required. &Install, remove, or move equipment as directed.

    &Electrical ability:

    &Interpret electrical diagrams. &Provide electrical service to equipment and lighting.&Trouble-shoot and perform electrical repairs to equipment and lighting.&12-480V electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, including servos and electrical press controls.&Efficient operation of metal cutting machines to produce and repair parts from samples. &Perform new construction and repairs to buildings, grounds and equipment using carpentry, plumbing and mechanical skills. &Building, Fire and Electrical codes.&Work closely with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repairs.&Computer / software
    • Familiar with word processing and database manager programs.
    &Record retention and keeping
    • Possess the ability to maintain a manual record keeping system that documents all maintenance activities.
    &185 hours of general machine shop or equivalent combination of education/experience. &Must have good command of the English language, both written and spoken.&Ability to troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair a broad range of electrical and electronic systems and equipment using schematics, AC/DC systems.&Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine knowledge preferred, but not required.&Certified to use forklifts and scissor lifts.&Perform preventive and predictive maintenance with detailed record keeping.&Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge preferred, but not required. &You are part of a team that creates essential parts and components that are used worldwide.&Monday- Friday
