This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-tier real estate financial modeling services to our distinguished private equity clients.

Responsibilities
Collaborate in crafting sophisticated Excel and ARGUS acquisition/development models, spanning all types of real estate, for our private equity clientele
Participate in the critique and enhancement of Excel financial models to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction
Aid in the development of detailed waterfall calculations that drive financial decision-making for our clients
Provide support in managing part-time professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Undertake additional responsibilities as per business requirements, embodying a proactive approach

Qualifications
A Bachelors degree, setting the foundation for your financial acumen
1-3 years of experience, with compensation tailored to reflect your expertise
Meticulous, with robust organizational skills and an unwavering eye for detail
An anticipatory problem-solver, able to predict management's needs and propose innovative solutions
A self-starter, demonstrating the initiative and drive that aligns with our dynamic environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to articulate complex financial concepts effectively
Robust problem-solving skills that aid in navigating complex financial challenges
Adept at multi-tasking and managing diverse priorities in a fast-paced setting
