We are looking for a happy, energetic, and experienced server/bartender to join our team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails set by restaurant cocktail

program

• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preference
• Able to greet and seat guests.
• Handle reservations and seating
• Able to take orders and take payments on POS
• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Package food items for takeout, delivery, and togo orders
• Uphold food safety principles
• Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
• Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers and other FOH activities
• Other FOH activities like setup, cleaning, and close
• Reliable, disciplined, and organized
• Punctual
• Fast learner
• Good team player
• Presentable
