Job Title: Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead the development and deployment of innovative data solutions using Palantir Foundry. As part of our Data and Analytics Engineering team, you will guide large projects, achieving operational excellence and engaging in client interaction.

About You:

You have a bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in systems thinking, problem-solving, and leadership.
You possess proficiency in Python and/or Typescript, with experience building applications with large datasets and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
You have certifications in Foundry Data Engineer, Foundry Solution Architect, or Foundry Application Developer, or equivalent experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive impactful results and address intricate challenges through strategic guidance and coaching.
Develop innovative processes to enhance project outcomes and foster a culture of peak performance and continuous improvement.
Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and validate solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain the firm's ethical standards and business conduct while upholding professional and technical standards.

About Our Culture:

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
