    Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA is assisting a local OB/Gyn group in recruiting a BC/BE Obstetrician and Gynecologist for an employed general OB/Gyn position with their practice to include providing services at our hospital.

    This two-physician group offers a welcoming environment with full support staff in a start-of-the-art office, and competitive compensation and benefits.

    Opportunity highlights:

    • General OB/GYN opportunity employed by the group
    • Join a collegial, two-physician practice with offices adjacent to Rancho Springs Hospital
    • Provide in-office and hospital services including prenatal, gynecological, surgical, and deliveries
    • Robotic training and interest strongly desired
    • 4.5 day work week
    • Shared call
    • Group offers full benefits - health, 401(k), PTO, CME, paid malpractice insurance
    • Salary is $300,000 annually + sign-on bonus
    • The Family Birth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital:
    • Largest birthing center in the region
    • All private suites
    • OB Hospitalists onsite 24/7
    • Level III NICU - highest in the region
    • Neonatal and Perinatal services provided by Rady Children's (San Diego)
    • 24/7 OB Emergency Department
    Rancho Springs Hospital, a part of Southwest Healthcare, is a 120-bed acute-care facility in Murrieta, CA.

    Featured services include The Family Birth Center at Rancho Springs with all private rooms and a Level III NICU staffed by neonatologists from Rady Children's.

    The RSH Emergency Department serves 50,000 patients a year and offers OB Emergency Services as well as the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team staffed by board certified emergency physicians from Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego.
