    Location: Lancaster, SC

    Salary: ~$80,000 per year

    Job Description:

    Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to join their manufacturing team in Lancaster, SC. As a Powder Coating Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the powder coating operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Supervise and lead a team of powder coating technicians and operators to meet production goals and quality standards.
    2. Coordinate and schedule powder coating activities to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
    3. Monitor and maintain automated powder coating equipment, ensuring proper functioning and minimal downtime.
    4. Conduct regular inspections of powder coating processes, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
    5. Train and mentor staff on powder coating techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
    6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
    7. Collaborate with production planners, maintenance teams, and quality assurance personnel to resolve issues and improve production efficiency.
    8. Maintain inventory levels of powder coating materials, supplies, and equipment parts.

    Requirements:

    1. Previous experience working in powder coating operations, with hands-on experience on an automated powder coating line.
    2. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
    3. Strong technical knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.
    4. Understanding of quality control principles and techniques related to powder coating.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and coordination.
    6. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency.
    7. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    8. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to powder coating operations.
    Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
