    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in working at a large Family Affordable Housing Apartment complex and shares our mission, vision, and values our commitment to customer service.

    He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting.

    Our ideal candidate has a strong background in PBS8, is marketing savvy and proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software.

    The Details:
    Our Community Managers are fully accountable and responsible for providing overall supervision of the community. Overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.


    Specific duties include:


    Leading and mentoring a dynamic teamDeveloping and managing the budgetEnsuring property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget ManagementSubmitting necessary weekly/monthly reportingEnsuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residentsPerforms all other duties as assignedWhere is the job located?     RequirementsREQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
    High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)

    Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi SoftwareEnglish language proficiency (read, speak and write)The ability to pass a full background checkAdditional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties:
    Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident occupied project renovations.


    Additional Information:
    The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed)
    Valid driver's license and vehicle is requiredEmployment with Monroe Group is contingent upon the successful completion of background check Salary Description $62,000-$67,000 depending on experience
