Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager in our Nampa, ID Ship Hub.

The individual will also be responsible for training and developing their team's abilities to set each individual up for success.

Because this position has multiple reports, a collaborative, forward-thinking, and hardworking mentality is a must, as well as the ability to interact with and encourage a diverse set of experienced team members.

The Facility + The position reports to the District Logistics Manager + 150k sq.

ft + Direct oversight of 35+ associates, consisting of warehouse associates and 10+ Drivers + Two shift operation:

Hours include 6:00 AM-10:00 PM + WMS environment Responsibilities + Provide strategic leadership for our Nampa Ship Hub Warehouse + Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates + Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts + Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries + Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building + Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse + Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates + Lead and coordinate associates performing activities including; unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order selection and + shipping of outbound orders, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services to our customers + Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in our sites + Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily and accurately + Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to management Qualifications + 5+ years' experience in distribution management supervising 35+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment is preferred + A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required + Previous experience working in a WMS environment is required + Must have leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management + Ability to work with people and build an environment that is positive and engaging for the associates + Excellent interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization + Strong computer skills to include expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook + Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus + Material Handling Equipment Certification + Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families-geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.

Pay Range: $3, $8, Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
