Part-Time positions are available for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Ville Platte, LA.

Communicates with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.

Document all services provided.
Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
Great time management skills Qualifications: Current Louisiana LPN license
Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Home Health experience preferred
