¿Qué es Lanzadera?
Es un programa de acompañamiento y desarrollo profesional para ingenieras/os que muestren alta motivación por el mundo de la obra para que, mediante un proceso acelerado de desarrollo y formación, sean capaces de asumir en el mediano plazo posiciones de responsabilidad dentro de la gestión de proyectos constructivos.
La permanencia en el programa tendrá la duración de un año, durante el cual serás asignada/o a un proyecto en ejecución, acorde a tu formación e intereses, pudiendo afianzar tus conocimientos técnicos y prácticos en las siguientes áreas:
