- Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the United States.
- Assist applicants with completing forms and distributing name badges.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms for various events.
- Participate actively in company and community service events.
- Perform light administrative duties and provide PC support as needed.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain and update company phone lists, calendars, and messaging systems.
- Assist with promotional item ordering, maintenance, and distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administration or team leads.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of prior office experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work primarily in an office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature.
- Occasional stress due to workload pressures.
- Minimal physical effort required; primarily sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects weighing less than 10 lbs.
- Regular use of basic office equipment and tools.
