- Assist and support the Director and Project Managers on assigned projects.
- Contribute proactively to the project team
- Receive and following directions for project assignments
- Manage own time based on directions given
- Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals
- Prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs
- Assist in preparations of bid packages and procurement
- Track and inspect material deliveries
- Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports, as required
- Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist in project close-out
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
- Broad understanding of industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math/accounting skills.
- Dependability.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Good time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Communicates and works professionally with all levels including co-workers, management, clients, etc.
