We're looking for a highly experienced and meticulous Business Process Consultant with a strong background in financial systems implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can work on complex systems processes to analyze, design, implement, and optimize enterprise financial systems by aligning accounting, finance, and business processes with information technology solutions.
We are seeking someone who has demonstrated expertise in financial systems and accounting principles. Familiarity with GAAP and compliance is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ERP systems.
This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT ensuring that financial system implementations support current operational needs while enabling future business growth and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end business process analysis and redesign for financial system implementations upgrades optimizations translate accounting finance requirements into clear actionable system process specifications ensure financial systems support GAAP regulatory audit internal control requirements provide subject matter expertise on accounting workflows data integrity throughout system implementation document current-state processes identify gaps inefficiencies design future-state solutions develop standardized scalable processes aligned enterprise strategy define performance metrics reporting measure effectiveness post-implementation plan support transition activities including knowledge transfer change management user adoption serve lead senior contributor large complex projects partner finance leadership Accounting IT external vendors auditors ensure alignment delivery guide mentor junior analysts project team members advise leadership future-state emerging technologies opportunities contribute review of processes ensure evolving needs changes participate integration corporate strategic plans.
