We seek a Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP to join an MSP company that supports small-medium-sized businesses with their everyday technology needs.

The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP responsibilities include visiting local client sites in the area to support project needs when it comes to TCP/IP, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, VMWare, etc.

The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and integrity of the server components of the network including systems backups.

The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP will have the opportunity to gain exposure to emerging virtualization and cloud technologies and grow beyond essential desktop support.

The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP be joining a fast-growing industry-leading collocation, managed-to-host, and managed services company.

Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP Experience:
Experience with Networking, Windows OS's to include XP, 7, 10, Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, and 2016
Experience working with HP or Dell servers
Experience working with Cisco routers and switches with a CCNA preferred

Experience with Virtualization Technologies:
VMWare, Hyper-V (preferred)
Maintained ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.)
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware,
Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
Microsoft Windows Server Experience (current and supported versions)
O365 or Exchange Server Experience (current and supported versions)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Understanding of TCP/IP
Troubleshooting and administering Microsoft infrastructure (O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
