    Onward is looking for a Sales Associate for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations, you'll guide clients to subscribe to our clients innovative platform that elevate their marketing objectives. Comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to embody their brand with pride.

    This role may require relocation as it is a based in the Mid-Atlantic, relocation will be compensated. This role is 4-days per week onsite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.
    • Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals.
    • Showcase the value of our clients offering through engaging virtual presentations.
    • Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
    • Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue
    • Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered
    • Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
    • Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
