- Provide assessment services as needed; determine proper level of care.
- Provide aftercare planning services.
- Maintain an active caseload of patients.
- Deliver therapeutic services including: individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain required patient records including treatment plans, group and individual progress notes, and case management notes.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited university or bachelors degree with equivalent experience
- Licensure and certification or in process preferred (LPC,LSW,LCSW,CAADC,CADC,CAAD,AAC,CAAC,CCS) encouraged to reply
- Minimum of one year experience working with mental health & psychiatric populations.
- Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the psychiatric, mental health and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), State Criminal Background, & Act 31
- Must be able to produce valid medical/health documents including: A Drug Test
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
