Responsibilities

Oversight of all program components including staff orientation training development client assessment service plan development progress relationships with other community-based organizations and components specific to the program s
Oversight of all aspects of the C4-2 project including engagement family communication strategies recertification assistance data tracking and other aspects relating to childcare support Participating in conversations with C4 Project leadership to share key learnings on family engagement best practices and project progress Developing an outreach strategy to engage families in recertification support offerings Supervision of three or more contracts Recruitment training coaching problem solving with C4-2 project staff including those responsible for reviewing family's recertification application for accuracy and completeness Using performance data to make operational decisions Administration of personnel policies procedures Ensure that all programs meet contractual goals reporting requirements Monitoring program progress submitting required reports to funding sources government private sources Submitting internal progress reports as necessary Planning developing budgets working with fiscal staff ensuring that the program is fiscally sound Monitoring fiscal expenses analyzing fiscal reports Monthly supervision meetings with staff group meetings as necessary Acting as link between administrative office fiscal department program staff Performing case reviews structured observations Participating agency events Liaison work community area community district Performing additional duties assigned by manager
