Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in a dynamic educational environment. As a Lead Teacher you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing inclusive classroom that promotes early childhood development literacy and social emotional skills. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards while supporting the growth of children with diverse needs including those with developmental disabilities and special education requirements.This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on childrens lives through innovative teaching practices and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development early intervention strategies and learning technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques creating a safe and supportive environment for children of various abilities.
- Collaborate with families specialists support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs IEPs tailored to each childs unique needs especially for children with autism speech delays or other developmental disabilities.
