    Description

    Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience across iOS and Android platforms, is highly organized, self-driving, and comfortable reviewing code and using content management systems.

    *This is a hybrid position located in Newark, NJ

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and launch A/B tests and seasonal campaigns using the company's CMS and CRM tools
    • Own updating experiences across iOS and Android across our global portfolio
    • Responsible for monthly updates of key touchpoints
    • Pull reporting on key metrics related to the acquisition of new prospects
    • Create, manage and socialize documentation related to app CX and in-flight tests
    • Work with cross-functional Marketing partners to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience
    • Develop and implement new Marketing strategies based on changing business priorities

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing
    • Experience using Content Management Systems and basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and CSS
    • Basic understanding of conversion, engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle
    • Superior project management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
    • Strong ability to effectively collaborate
    • Solution-oriented and creative thinking
    • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
