Job summary
We are seeking to add a Charge Nurse to our team Our Charge Nurses focus on providing the best care possible while ensuring resident satisfaction They must personally value safety security and resident wellness above all else; and ensure their staff reflect these values as well- Manage the nursing care for all residents.
- Delegate the shift's tasks to all of the nurses in the facility.
- Recognize changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.
