- FOLLOW UP VISITS ONLY**
- Administer medications and fluids to patients via IV lines
- Monitor patients' vital signs during infusion therapy
- Assess patients' response to treatment and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems (Axxess)
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during infusion therapy
- Valid RN license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an infusion therapy setting
- Strong knowledge of airway management techniques and physical examination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
