    The sales team now needs to hire a sales/project management professional in the Seattle area.


    JOB:
    In this role, you will maintain and grow business relationships in a 50-mile radius of the Seattle area.

    The ideal person for this role will have an understanding of commercial construction project lifecycles and enjoy building relationships with customers.

    The sale is highly consultative, targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners. Your remote and field work will focus on securing commercial purchase orders and seeing each project's completion to fruition.

    On any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or in a dusty field surveying the future site of a commercial project with developers.

    This involves collaborating with other inside sales, engineering, and other support team members to meet customer requirements.


    If you are a technically-driven sales hunter with project-based construction sales experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    2-10 years of B2B industrial sales, project management, or project engineering experience
    Experience with commercial construction projects
    Ideally have experience with HVAC, PVF or mechanical products
    Live in the Seattle, Washington area
