    Description

    The Media Supervisor plays a lead role in client media strategy development and manages staff and workflow ensuring team accuracy and process in execution. The Supervisor has a working knowledge of digital and offline media channels and how they work together to achieve client KPIs. The Supervisor also mentors junior team members to provide ongoing feedback and teaching opportunities. This individual continually looks for innovative opportunities and unique approaches to media planning, based on client need. The Supervisor will understand and be fluent in all agency offerings, including relevant partner offerings. This candidate has strong client relationship skills and has proactively brought clients ideas that are beyond the scope of what was requested. The Supervisor will deliver operational solutions to improve internal processes, will work closely with vendors to ensure optimum service, and has a track record of owning team's deliverables and maintaining a high standard of quality.

    • Plans and collaborates on holistic media plans; provides analysis when necessary; is responsible for results analysis.
    • Plays a lead role in tactical media strategy development.
    • Ultimate responsibility for delivering the highest quality media planning for clients.

    • Partners effectively with activation team and other departments as necessary.
    • Has worked with common media planning tools (i.e. CommsPoint, MediaOcean)
    • Serves as primary day-to-day client contact for media.
    • Contributes to new business efforts as needed.
    • Able to present reporting, thought leadership, or other information to all level of client contacts.
    • Writes insightful POVs.
    • Leads all media deliverables for assigned client relationships, managing and developing IAT and client relationships on tactical media planning & measurement analysis.
    • Coordinates pre-launch set-up and execution of team deliverables.
    • Ensures overall plan management and optimization of plan is accurate and successful once in market.
    • Manages team operations processes (i.e. billing, flowcharts) in collaboration with team and finance.

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of overall media planning experience
