    Talkspace is headquartered in New York, NY, but this role can be remote and will report to our Lifecycle Marketing Associate.
    What You'll Do

    We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our 2024 strategy The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, is a strong communicator, and detail-oriented.

    Projects

    • Lifecycle Marketing (LCM): Collaborate with industry professionals to design compelling campaigns and initiatives outlined in our monthly LCM calendar.
    • Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify trends and potential opportunities for Talkspace.
    • Engagement and Motivation: Gain insights into fostering meaningful relationships with our users through various engagement channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards, catering to both out-of-pocket and covered lives.
    • OKR Presentation: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data gathered from various strategies to create impactful presentations, showcasing your learnings and providing valuable insights into projects you're passionate about.
    Internship Details:
    • Duration of Internship: June 3rd August 19th 2024
    • Total of 2-3 projects with one of them serving as your graduation presentation
    • You will gain valuable (and paid) professional experience, specific field related exposure and the ability to learn skills from collaborating with professionals
    • You will have a Talkspacer Mentor coming from this program - someone who helps keep track of your progress across 12 weeks
    About You
    • Rising juniors and seniors in undergraduate degree, or enrolled in a graduate program
    • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
    • Able to commit to working 20 hours per week during the summer
    • A passion for being in the details, ensuring every document, project, or experience is on-point and on-brand
    • Strong communicator (verbal & written) with the ability to listen, articulate positions, advocate, and execute ideas
    Bonus Points
    • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics tools)
    • Exceptional organizational, collaboration and communication skills
    • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills
    • Strong quantitative analytical skills and attention to detail

    Compensation

    At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

    The hourly compensation rate for the role will be $20/hr for those enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and up to $25/hr for those enrolled in a graduate degree program. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate's relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
