    Objectives:

    • Design and construct enterprise database systems for the digital solution aimed at streamlining access to programs for small business owners.
    • Develop and implement database solutions to support data analytics, reporting, and CRM functionalities.
    • Integrate new systems with existing database structures, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    • Refine database performance and functionality to optimize data retrieval and manipulation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to database standards, security, and programming best practices.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Developer or a similar role, working with database architecture, development, and integration.
    • Proficiency in database design and construction, with a focus on large relational databases.
    • Strong knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts.
    • Experience in developing database solutions to support data analytics, reporting, and CRM functionalities.
    • Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with project requirements

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience in working on projects involving data mesh concepts and unification of program data.
    • Knowledge of CRM platforms and their integration in front-facing operations for customer service.
    • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaboration with technical teams.
    • Proficiency in data analytics languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for advanced data manipulation.
