Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Branch Manager III for our Knoxville location.

This position ensures the branch office and grounds are properly maintained; provides supervision to Knoxville Customer Service Representatives and Tellers; analyzes credit history and determine applicant's eligibility of new and existing consumer and HELOC loan applications; and receives consumer real estate applications to refer to designated lender.

This position opens, closes and maintains checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, and online banking.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates have a four year degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent experience required. Minimum three years banking experience with one-year lending experience preferred.

Must have exceptional people skills, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, along with accounting, computer and marketing skills.

Ability to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems. Credit analysis, loan documentation and supervisory skills preferred. We are looking for someone that enjoys being involved in the community.


SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift is between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.


COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): $55,898/yr - $69,872/yr
