About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily mining operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing site personnel to optimize production while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.

• Plan and coordinate daily quarrying activities including stripping, drilling, blasting, hauling and crushing operations.
• Ensure production targets are met by maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Maintain raw material inventories to ensure consistent supply to plant operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safety Oversight: Enforce all MSHA regulations, OSHA policies and company safety guidelines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate preventative maintenance schedules and troubleshoot mechanical issues in partnership with maintenance teams.
