Position Overview

As our Midlevel Provider (NP or PA), you'll work directly with patients experiencing acute and chronic pain, as well as those recovering from injury, illness, or surgery in inpatient rehab.

This role is ideal for a motivated provider seeking both clinical autonomy and close collaboration within a supportive, physician-led environment.

You'll enjoy variety across settings hospital-based pain management, inpatient rehab, and outpatient spine care while maintaining a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive inpatient and outpatient assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain-related conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (medications, injections, rehab coordination)
Educate patients on pain strategies, mobility, and long-term wellness
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff for continuity of care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient encounters
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

For PAs:
Must have (or be eligible for) a supervising physician agreement per Florida law
DEA License and Prescriptive Authority (or eligibility)
Experience or strong interest in pain management, rehabilitation, or spine care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
