Our company is comprised of a small team of bright, passionate, and hardworking individuals dedicated to making a difference in people's livesThe Footwear Development Engineering Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn the end‑to‑end process of creating performance athletic footwear, from early concept through production readiness. Interns will work cross‑functionally with teams across Product Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Product Planning, and Logistics to gain a holistic understanding of how products move from idea to market. The experience includes a deeper dive into the Engineering function, with exposure to core technical elements such as lasts, patterns, molds, finished shoe testing, and the critical role of fit testing in ensuring end‑use performance. Interns will also develop a foundational understanding of production timelines, including the Development "Buy Ready" process and Quality handoff. This is a great opportunity for students or early‑career candidates with an interest in footwear, product development, engineering, or design who are curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
