• Own the roadmap for initiatives requiring system, configuration, or process changes within the Finxact and Savana environments to support the Digital Bank's goals and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the Finxact and Savana release schedules which include coordination with IT's release management team, UAT, vendors, SMEs, and all end users.
• Own the delivery of configuration to support Digital Bank products and initiatives by working closely with the other Digital Bank Product Owners.
• Support and partner with engineering teams - including escalation and resolution of impediments.
• Communicate strategy and services to external and internal partners, peers, and executives.

Position Requirements
• An undergraduate degree and 6 plus years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product owner or product manager on an Agile sprint team.
• At least 2 years working as a business analyst within a Finxact/Savana ecosystem.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Preferred
• Experience in the Finance or Accounting field at a financial institution working as a product owner/manager in an Agile environment.
