We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law/Civil Litigation Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both family law and civil litigation, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
• Handle civil litigation matters such as contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and good standing.
