    Description
    Treasury Analyst

    We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Treasury Analyst to oversee financial operations for our Green Energy client in Santa Monica.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cash Management:
    Efficiently prepare and process daily wire and book transfers using various online banking platforms.

    Conduct thorough cash flow analyses and generate detailed reports on daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities.

    Oversee the opening and closing of bank accounts as required.

    Liaise with relevant team members to manage incoming financial transactions such as wires, deposits, and checks.

    Engage in special projects related to cash management to optimize our financial operations.


    General Responsibilities:
    Support the Treasury Manager in monitoring cash activity and ensuring all financial deadlines are met.

    Maintain effective communication with banking institutions.

    Assist in the reconciliation of company accounts.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury management

    Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving conditions and tight deadlines.

    Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

    Keen attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

    This is a direct hire position that also offers hybrid/remote work flexibility.


    Pay Details:
    $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
