- Report to the Business Development Manager or Service Director regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
- Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for dealership personnel/ service department
- Follow up with clients that were in the dealership to ensure positive experience
- Experience with Automotive software systems is a plus
- Trainable, positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
- Bilingual a plus
