SHIFT:

MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH 1 IN 3 CALLSAFETY SENSITIVE POSITIONOur hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team.

As a Hospital Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all medications are dispensed safely and accurately to our patients.

Your primary duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications according to physician orders
• Checking medication orders for accuracy and completeness
• Compounding medications as needed
• Monitoring patients for potential drug interactions and adverse reactions
• Providing drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
