    Job Summary

    As a Beverage Barback, you will be cleaning and stocking public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

    Duties And Responsibilities

  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Stocking beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages
  • Monitoring pump room
  • Washing glasses, bar, and equipment and polishing bar fixtures
  • Restocking bar snacks
  • Cleaning bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces
  • Removing empty bottles and trash
  • Assisting with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House
  • Performing all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have six months or more related experience
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
  • Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
  • Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
