What You Will Do:

• Work alongside Customer Support and Product teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers
• Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick and reliable solutions to our customers
• Collaborate with Product teams, ensuring a detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers
• Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives
• Analyze customer reported issues, then develop, document and validate appropriate solutions
• Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts
• Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers

What You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience
• Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
• Knowledge of or willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, React, , CSS and HTML, Databases: Relational, C#, .NET
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives
• Self-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities and change focus as required to deliver varying expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across diverse backgrounds

• Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
• The starting pay for this role is $85,000 per annum.
• Pay progression is based on performance.
