    We are currently searching for an Environmental Project Manager to join our team

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee multiple projects
    • Manages and mentors Superintendents and Foreman Onsight.
    • Receives and reviews all bid invitations for qualifications, specifications, and important information to assess attainability.
    • Prepares bid or proposal packages.
    • Follows up with customer or clients for important information that helps generate accurate estimates.
    • Will handle all the planning, scheduling, purchasing and some accounting for jobs.
    • Manages and maintains job budget into operating software to maximize the companys profitability.
    • Will be providing direction, inspecting, and ensuring standard of quality onsite.
    • Providing prompt and quality interaction.
    • Develop a customer relationship for repeat business.
    • Efficiently coordinates between field and office for scheduling.
    • Lead safety efforts and ensure the Group follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment, demonstrating safety practices, and promoting pre-task planning for all projects.
    • Prepare reports documenting the findings of surveys and communicating and recommendations to clients.
    Job Requirements:
    • Knowledge and background in the abatement industry.
    • Ability to estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment.
    • Timely communication and follow up with all new and perspective clients during the bidding phase and ability to meet bid deadlines or due dates.
    • Ability to track and maintain project budgets and maintain gross profit expectations.
    • Ability to manage schedules and crews for multiple projects at a time.
    • Ability to coordinate with subcontractors.
    • Excellent customer service skills. Ability to assist team with customer communications, scheduling requests/changes.
    • Excellent time management skills and decision-making skills.
    • Communication with coworkers and customers/ or clients.
    • Able to resolve and or assist on the job when needed.
    • Overseeing project from start to finish.
    • Organized and able to multitask.
    • Some experience working with insurance adjusters and property management companies.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Asbestos Abatement certifications are required.
    • 5 years or more experience in asbestos abatement required.
    • High School or equivalent is preferred.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience estimating with Xactimate.
    • Must be able to work in difficult or sensitive situations.
    • Exhibit a sense of urgency with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
    • Must be flexible and open to a constantly changing work environment.
    • Must pass drug screening, background check, and DMV check.
    Salary:

    The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 per year.

    Salary is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location where job is performed.
