    This position reports to the Manager of Systems Engineering R&M and Training on the ADP program
    The candidate is responsible for Systems Reliability and Maintainability Program efforts to ensuring effective interface with the Engineering Design, Specialty Engineering, and Sustainment organizations
    The candidate will provide the required Reliability and Maintainability Engineering training, procedures, and guidance documents for the program product teams
    The candidate will allocate requirements; assists suppliers/IPTs with understanding and meeting requirements
    The candidate develops, manages, and adheres to budget and schedule plans and commitments

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in STEM (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautics Engineering, related technical degree considered) PLM experience in 3DX and XVE (TeamCenter) MBSE Experience in tools such as CAMEO Experience producing and maintaining MTAs (Maintenance Task Analysis) -FRACAS, Action Reports (AR) and Deficiency Reports (DRs) workflow experience

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience developing LCNs (Logistic Control Numbers)
    • Intimate knowledge of LSA Databases such as ATLAS or Slicwave
    • Experience with standards such as GEIA 0007, S1000D, S2000M, S3000L & S4000P
    • CATIA and general CAD experience
    • CAM Certified
    • Experience in systems engineering full life cycle
    • Vendor management experience, clearly providing requirements and managing technical solutions
    • Systems engineering and production / support equipment design
    • Requirements development, design, problem analysis and resolution
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

    • Experience working with Military Partner / Customers
    • Ability to travel as needed

    Security Clearance Statement:

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
