The Customer Services Representative is responsible for performing customer service and general administrative functions for the Account Management Team of The Harrison Group, Inc.
In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to client and participant inquiries via phone and email.
He or she will be responsible for responding to client and participant questions and/or concerns, answering telephones, taking messages, checking voice mail, and other administrative support responsibilities.
This position also supports the internal department operations through additional administrative functions including file management, assisting in claims processing procedures, mailing and scanning documents, and general office work.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Team player/support
- Ability to function independently and multi-tasking
- Ability to type 45WPM accurately
- Ability to keep all employee/medical information strictly confidential.
